Do I need a membership? What does membership include?

An active Circolo membership is required to access our Zoom integrated platform and our growing library of on-demand workouts and featured content. Membership is for unlimited users; you each get your own login so you can personalize your Circolo experience and track your progress!

What are the operating requirements for the Circolo?

You need a standard outlet and access to WiFi to operate your Circolo. Your Circolo comes with a 5-foot power cord but, if your outlet is farther away, you may need to use an extension cord or any C13 power cord.

How much space does the Circolo need?

The Circolo is 69” H, 22.4” W, 1.7” D, weighs 67 lbs, and blends seamlessly into any home environment. For your safety and optimal use, please clear approximately 5 feet of space in front of your Circolo when working out.

Does the Circolo require WiFi?

The Circolo requires a WiFi connection that can provide at least 10 mbps of stable speed for live-streamed classes.

If you are concerned about your WiFi speed, you can perform a speed test by following these instructions: Connect your phone or tablet to the same WiFi network that will be used by the Circolo and stand in the location where it will be set up. Does my Circolo need to be installed?

Your Circolo comes assembled on a stand and does not require installation. For your safety and others, a wall anchor is provided if you would like to secure your Circolo to the wall to prevent it from falling forward. This is advised if you have young children who may use it for support or live in areas that are prone to earthquakes or other natural disasters.

If you would like to anchor your Circolo yourself, please refer to the installation guide and follow all guidelines and precautions. Otherwise, please seek a third-party service to anchor for you.

How do I clean the Circolo?

Use the included microfiber cloth to clean the screen. Use water, not a cleaner, to remove tough smudges.

How many users are permitted?

Unlimited user profiles can be created so each person can get their own login and personalize their Circolo experience and track their progress.

How do I manage Circolo Zoom App aka authenticated Zoom integration?

How to install

  1. The Circolo app is installed on the smart fitness mirror.
  2. The Circolo app is opened automatically when the device is turned on.

How to use

  1. You are prompted to log in when the app is opened. The system asks for user information to finish the login process.
  2. After logging in, you are taken to the home screen. There is an option to join a Zoom class.
  3. Tap on any empty space on the home screen, and the settings menu shall appear on the left.
  4. Tap Settings to enter the Settings page. A Zoom button shall appear, indicating whether you have authorized access to your Zoom account.
  5. Tap on this button to open the browser. You will be taken to the Zoom login page. After entering your Zoom login credentials, you will be asked whether you allow Circolo to access your Zoom account.
  6. You may now return to the home screen. Enter the class ID and passcode to join your exercise class meeting over Zoom.

How to uninstall

  1. Log into your Zoom account and navigate to Zoom App Marketplace.
  2. Click Manage, then Added Apps. Alternatively, you can search for Circolo.
  3. Click the Circolo app.
  4. Click Remove.

If I order today, when will my Circolo be delivered?

Orders placed today will be delivered within a week if in California or up to 2 weeks within the continental United States.

How do I gift a Circolo to someone at a different delivery address?

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel your Circolo rental anytime without penalty. Email and we will schedule a time to pick up the mirror.

My Circolo is damaged or not working, how do I fix it?

Contact and we will help you troubleshoot any issues. If you believe your Circolo is damaged, we will be happy to fix or replace it.
